I'm a gold standard NCTJ qualified journalist, with four years of experience at a local, national and international level.

 

I'm a lifestyle fellow at Insider, where I write about real estate, interior design, travel, food and weddings for an international audience.

These include in-depth reads, home tours, human-interest, advice and first-person stories.

Previously, I have been a freelance journalist, most notably at MyLondon and Sky News, where I covered food, business and news.

I have studied Journalism (BA, first-class) at the University of Sheffield and MA World History and Cultures (merit) at KCL.

​

I'm comfortable in creating quality journalism in English, Farsi and Russian.
